What made these wands special is they came in collectible Ollivander's wand boxes with soft velvet like display for the wand, and metallic looking accent ribbon to cover the wand. This style wand box is screen accurate as seen in a Ollivanders wand shop.Some main characters wands can still be found in the collectible box, but several of the characters wands in collectible box have long since been discontinued and Professor Slughorn's is one of the big 7 wands that have become ultra rare and difficult to find.Noble Collection still sells Professor Slughorn's wand (as well as other characters) however they now use a cheaper style box that is smaller with a hard plastic insert and no decorative details or screen accurate elements Another major difference is the quality of the wand. Anybody who has handled a retired Noble Collection wand will know, the older wands are just higher quality. They are sturdier and heavier and just feel so different compared to the wands that are currently available for sale.Slughorn's wand is very ornate and unique. The handle is very detailed with metal style accents. The shaft of the wand has a slight wave to it and black and silver vine like detail. The soft velvet like inside is a deep emerald green color (for Slytherin!)I've included a photo of the original Noble Collection catalogue advertisement for Slughorn's wand as well as a photo of the 7 retired Noble Collection wands.In great condition! I haven't seen a retired Slughorn wand for sale on eBay in a long time so now is your chance. Harry Potter Rare 2001 Gotz/Götz Dolls Complete Set (Harry, Ron, and Hermione)
eBay The trio that started the legacy we still know today! These are rare Gotz (Götz) Harry Potter dolls made in 2001 that have spent a majority of the past 20+ years sitting in the top of my closet. While the boxes have wear and tear that is pictured, the dolls themselves are very gently used, maybe a half hour total since 2001. Time for them to go to a home where they will be more loved or a collector who will proudly display them. Harry and Hermione are 18 in/45 cm tall while Ron is 19.5 in/50 cm tall. All original clothing and accessories are included (Harry's broomstick and ribbon, Scabbers and Ron's tattered hemline, and Hermione's books). The original tags from the manufacturer are included, but not attached, along with the make number of each doll. Come in their original boxes with their Gotz bracelets, pictures of Ron's box and bracelet will be provided upon request due to the photo limit. All pictures were taken at the same time. Ron's original box is in the best condition out of the three. Always stored in a smoke-free home. RARE Harry Potter Original Noble Collection Professor McGonagall Wand from 2006 in Ollivander Style BoxIncludes: Wand, Box, and Certificate of Authenticity. Certificate of Authenticity is slightly bent and not mint condition - the certificate says (S04) and the wand is (S06). Box has some slight cosmetic wear - stickers on either have some wear, top has some slight discoloration, there is a white mark on one edge, and the ribbon has one strand on each side where it looks slightly frayed. This larger wand box has a soft cream colored velvet cushioned inside with blue ribbon. Noble Collection has since retired the collectible Ollivander's wand box for many of their wand styles, making this McGonagall wand rare and highly collectible. Licensing from the year 2006 can be seen on the wand box and the wand itself making this a 17 year old wand. Condition: The box has some wear to the stickers on the end of the box sides. I purchased this book, Harry Potter, Chamber of Secret's, 1st/1st HC UK Deluxe, new in 1998 and it has never been read and only opened for photo's. It has been stored in a sealed container in a non-smoking home. It has never been on a bookshelf and there is no writing, damage or marks of any kind. The ribbon has never been moved from it's original location.
