This listing is for Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets Deluxe Edition UK, 1st edition 1st Printing and it was signed by J.K Rowling. I purchased this bookfrom a book shop (UK) where she visited for a book signing and they had a few extra signed copies to sell to the public. I've owned this book for many years now and this entire time I thought it was missing the book cover, but I just realized today that it is a deluxe edition and that it never came with one (Im surethat I knew this when I purchased it but had forgotten). I have zero doubt about the authenticity of the autograph, it's actually one of the nicer signatures I have seen. It would have been even more perfect if part of her autograph wasn't overthe little fox, but when you turn the page you can clearly see the ----O---- breakshe always has when signing. This is an authentic autograph/ signature, 1000%. This book has been shelved since the day I purchased it, it has never been read or fully opened, and is in near perfect shape. The only slight flaw is a small blemish to the outer edge of the pages (on the gold leaf finish, last pic).I never intended on selling this one, it was meant to be part of my retirement fund, but my rent is extremely past due so everything must go asap. Signed deluxe editions of Chamber of Secrets are incredibly scarce, this is a 1st edition/ 1st printing, and my asking price is now reduced to 1/3rdof market/ appraisal value. It might take years to find another one at this price. Thanks for looking~P.S This book has never been sold by me, I relist it every time I reduce theprice.P.S.S If you question whether this autograph is authentic, look at it this way:This signature is a 1000% match to J.K Rowling's, it would take someone hundredsor possibly thousands of tries to get it this perfect, which would cost a fortune in wasted deluxe 1st edition books. Plus, I only buy my collections from the highest rated/reputable sellers.
