I purchased this bookfrom a book shop (UK) where she visited for a book signing and they had a few extra signed copies to sell to the public. I've owned this book for many years now and this entire time I thought it was missing the book cover, but I just realized today that it is a deluxe edition and that it never came with one (Im surethat I knew this when I purchased it but had forgotten).
