The Honeydukes and Zonko's bags were produced in Japan in 2004 to promote Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. They are exact, 1:1 scale replicas of the ones used in the movie scenes. Very few of these bags have survived since people never really treated them like rare collectibles back then.
