This is a brand new, prop replica from Insight Collectibles (sold by Sideshow Collectibles). The Creature Vault book is still shrink-wrapped and sealed, and the prop replica still has its original protective, foam container (I do not have the original cardboard box it shipped in though). It has never been used, or even shown.
