Up for sale today is a Cycling Delores Umbridge. This was purchased from Universal Studios and never opened. I am the original owner and its been carefully stored. Box is in excellent condtion but has a small crease on the back panel. The black rubber band is intact as well as the wire holding the item onto the box.
